The Renfrew Wolves had their pick of the litter early on Tuesday night as the CCHL gathered for the 2025 Player Draft.
Front offices from across the league met at the Nepean Sportsplex last night, each with the goal of shaping the future of their franchise ahead of next season.
Few teams had as many chances to make an impact on their club’s fortunes going into the draft as the Wolves, who used a flurry of deals ahead of this past season’s trade deadline to secure five of the first twelve picks following the opening two rounds, which are dedicated exclusively to protecting local Under-16 talent from being poached by other clubs.
