Jill Campbell Appointed as Councillor for McNab/Braeside
McNab/Braeside, April 4, 2025 – The Township of McNab/Braeside is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Campbell as Councillor. With an extensive background in financial management and community service, Campbell brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to fostering unity and growth within the township.
Having spent 25 years as a Branch Manager at Scotiabank, Campbell possesses deep expertise in strategic planning, economic development, and resource management. Her career in banking, combined with numerous leadership roles on community boards serving business and tourism interests, has equipped her with the skills necessary to effectively contribute to municipal governance.
“I look forward to capitalizing on government programs and initiatives for the benefit of the
township and its residents,” said Campbell. “My experience in financial oversight and community leadership has prepared me to support McNab/Braeside’s ongoing development and progress.” Campbell’s primary focus as Councillor will be on building consensus and fostering collaboration among residents, staff, and fellow council members. She recognizes the hard work and professionalism demonstrated by council members and staff and is eager to contribute to their collective efforts in advancing township priorities.
“I respect the professionalism and effort put forth by council members and staff to support township programs and prioritize goals, even under less than ideal conditions,” Campbell stated. “By working together, we can continue to move McNab/Braeside forward in a positive and productive direction.”
