It is with great sadness that Algonquin College shares the news of the sudden passing of Jamie Bramburger, Interim Dean of the Pembroke Waterfront Campus, on March 11.
In a message to the community, Claude Brulé, President and CEO of Algonquin College, expressed his condolences to Jamie’s family, colleagues at the Pembroke Campus, and everyone across the college who had the honor of knowing him.
In light of this tragic loss, classes at the Pembroke Campus will be cancelled on March 12, but the campus will remain open. To honour Jamie’s memory, flags at all Algonquin College campuses will be lowered to half-staff on March 12.
The college plans to share more details about Jamie’s life and contributions in the coming days.
