A shocking incident in Renfrew has led to some serious charges for one of the people involved.
The OPP say that officers were sent to respond to an incident at a home along Argyle Street on Tuesday, February 25th, where they found a 33-year-old man had been assaulting the female resident inside while he was visiting to collect his belongings.
He was arrested and held for bail on two counts of assault causing bodily harm and three counts of failure to comply.
The name of the accused will not be shared to protect the identity of the victim.
