Oliver Jacob is no stranger to local municipal politics, at age 20 in 2018, while still a university student, he was elected to Council in the Township of McNab-Braeside , serving one term before participating in a three-way Mayoral race four years later. Oliver placed second in the contest- 498 votes behind the eventual winner.
2022 was a busy year for Oliver Jacob and elections. In June of that year, he took his first crack at Provincial politics.

Jacob says Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke voters have always picked candidates they believe can serve their best interests, and a twenty-two year Tory tradition was preceded by a Liberal hey-day.

Oliver says given that Bonnie Crombie heads the team, Liberal support is finding a new buoyancy.
The Liberal candidate says it’s a short campaign- but look for his smiling face and attentive ear at your door.
Oliver says what’s important to Doug Ford doesn’t really resonate in Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke.
While he is grateful to stand as Liberal nominee in the Riding, as he is no longer a local elected official, and he doesn’t have to give up his job with the Town over the course of the campaign.
Oliver believes his activities demonstrate his commitment- and its a dedication he’d like to partner with you in sharing.
Your Liberal nominee in Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke shares the ballot with (at this writing) Marshall Buchanan, NDP; Billy Denault, PC; and Anna Dolan, Green Party.
The Provincial Election is February 27th.
