The Algonquins of Pikwakanagan will host a special swearing in ceremony for a new council member on Friday, Dec. 13
PJ Leroux was chosen in a by-election to replace Coun. Cathy Bernard, who resigned.
The ceremony will be held at the Elders Lodge in Pikwakanagan on Friday beginning at 1 p.m. and will be livestreamed for those who would like to tune in.
