The ongoing Canada Post strike is creating quite the backlog during the holiday season. The Crown corporation said Saturday it has seen a shortage of more than eight million parcels compared with the same period last year.
They say customers have been forced to turn to competitors for their deliveries. The sticking point of the strike has centered on issues including wages and contract work, as well as job security, benefits and working conditions.
