ALL MONTH: The Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation’s Put Your Breast Foot Forward Virtual Walk begins on October 1st! The Foundation encourages you to raise pledges all month long ahead of embarking on a 5 km walk or run that you can complete anywhere anytime up until the end of the month! Register your personal run/walk and donate here.
TODAY: Head to Downtown Renfrew this Friday evening from 4:oo to 8:00 for “A Murder on Raglan Street.” The In a Bind Bookstore are in cahoots with several amazing downtown businesses to bring you the first ever downtown murder mystery night! Spooky vendors and late night shopping included!
TODAY: Get your teams together for another HORTON TRIVIA NIGHT on FRIDAY OCTOBER 18TH! There will be prizes and snacks available, along with your charismatic trivia master Jason Marshall. Doors, Bar and Snack Canteen OPEN @ 6PM, Trivia beings @ 7PM Email Rachel at recreation@hortontownship.ca to register your team of 6-8 people! Welcoming teams from near and far!
TOMORROW: Save your empties for the CARE bottle drive, this Saturday from 10:00 to 2:00 outside Renfrew’s Home Hardware Building Centre. Proceeds from this fundraiser helps with vetting and feeding the cats/kittens at our animal rescue. Thanks everyone who supports this event!
TOMORROW: The 2nd Annual Fall Holistic Wellness, Metaphysical, & Spiritual Event is on October 19, 2024 from 10am – 5pm and October 20, 2024 from 10am – 4pm at the Renfrew Armouries, 115 Veterans Memorial Blvd. There will be Psychics, Mediums, Healers, Tarot Card Readers, Reiki Masters & More! ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC IS $2 AND THE PROCEEDS GO TO VALLEY ANIMAL RESCUE.
