Saturday and Sunday the 169th Renfrew Fair continues. Food, fun and games, live music, agricultural exhibitions, and more. Admission and midway tickets are available on site, with bundles featuring tickets to each evening’s concerts also available online.
The Arnprior Legion Hosts their Golf Tournament Fundraiser this Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Madawaska Golf Club. 4- Person scramble with shotgun start at 10 a.m. $60 per person, or $30 for Madawaska Golf Course members. Price Included 18 rounds of golf, Cart Rental, and dinner at the legion afterward.
The Renfrew Legion Ladies Auxiliary will also be busy on Saturday morning from 8:30 to 11 a.m., as they welcome the community over for a pancake breakfast at the Legion Branch on Raglan Street– pancakes, sausages, juice, tea & coffee. Adults $10, kids $5.

LOCAL SPORTS: Support Our Teams!
The Renfrew Wolves are back on the ice, ready to face off against the Pembroke Lumber Kings in an exciting preseason matchup this Saturday, Sept. 7 at the myFM Centre! Puck drops at 7 p.m. Admission is by donation in support of Renfrew Minor Hockey.
