For nine years, beginning in 2013, the surf and turf option of a “Knight in the Maritimes” has been a staple on the fundraising menu of the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation.

He says local Knights members play chef for the “turf” portion of the mouth-watering menu.

The ARH Foundation Executive Director says the September 21st event is timely, in that a current fundraising drive will come to a close at year’s end.
Gardiner says there’s more to do than just eat.
