Wednesday, Aug. 28, at the Golden Age Activity Centre is coffee time at 10 a.m. and a bid euchre tournament beginning at 1 p.m.
Cobden Music in the Park is on Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 6:30 p.m. This week’s performer is Spencer Scarf. The event runs until 8:30 at Cobden’s Veterans Park.
Thursday, Aug. 29 at the Golden Age Activity Centre is Walking Club at 10 a.m., coffee time and cards from 10 a.m. to noon, and crafts, darts and beanbag toss in the afternoon.
Thursday, Aug. 29 is Eganville Legion Supper, cost is $17. Meals run from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Aug. 29 is pork roast. Call 613-628-2802 for info.
