The Central Canada Hockey League, which is the home of local teams like the Renfrew Wolves, Pembroke Lumber Kings and Carleton Place Canadians has a new Director of Hockey Operations. According to the league’s website, Kevin has spent nearly 20 years immersed in Ottawa’s hockey scene working in a variety of roles at all levels from minor hockey to junior hockey to adult hockey.
CCHL Chairman Steve Barban stated, “Working with Kevin casually over the years, what we were most impressed with was his commitment to a task, his dedication to his work and his reliability. Kevin is ready for this next challenge, and we as a league are very excited to add Kevin to our hockey executive.”
The CCHL is a member of the Canadian Junior Hockey League and Hockey Canada, and as a development-focused league for elite student athletes aged 16-20 is very proud of its strong reputation as the preeminent level in the area for moving its players on to higher levels of hockey.
