A Douglas resident is the latest recipient of a winning phone call from the other side of Ottawa.
Dianne Campbell is the latest winner of the Kin Club of Russell’s Catch the Ace lottery, which had its week 38 draw on Sunday.
She took home the $27,506 weekly prize for drawing the two of clubs while also helping the Kin Club’s current campaign to raise more than $1.12 million for seven participating charities, including Russell’s food bank and service groups, plus the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind and Breast Cancer Action Ottawa.
Dianne is also the second winner from our area, as Renfrew’s Mary Mulvihill won over just over $13,000 back in April.
