The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is urgently requesting the public’s help in locating Everet Telgen, a federal offender currently wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his Day Parole conditions.
Everet Telgen, a 58-year-old Caucasian male, is described as 6’2″ (188 cm) tall and weighing 220 lbs. (100 kg). He has brown hair and brown eyes, with distinctive tattoos including a Dreamcatcher and Merlin on his upper right arm and Hearts on his chest.
Telgen is serving a seven-year sentence for multiple offenses, including Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon and five counts of Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Authorities report that Telgen is known to frequent the cities of Brockville, Kingston, and Ottawa.
Anyone with information on Telgen’s whereabouts or who has had contact with him is urged to contact the Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad at 416-808-5900 or toll-free at 1-866-870-7673 (ROPE). Additionally, tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by calling 9-1-1.
