The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating reports of damaged posts and signage in Madawaska Valley. On July 2, 2024, shortly after 3:00 p.m., police were notified about the vandalism on Chanonhouse Road, a popular area for cottages.
Authorities are appealing to the public for any information related to this crime. Anyone with details is urged to contact the Killaloe OPP Detachment at 613-757-2600 or reach out to Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS or www.valleytips.ca. Tips leading to an arrest could earn a cash reward of up to $2,000.
