Visitors to Renfrew’s Ma-te-Way Park will not have to cram into one parking lot anymore.
Paving and resurfacing continue along the myFM Centre’s new parking lot, which has already seen asphalt installed on the portion between the arena rear entrance and the soccer fields.
That section of the parking lot will close at 2:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon for line painting, and town staff say it will be open for good starting on Tuesday.
The side lot next to the splash pad and tennis courts is still closed for grading and paving, and the main lot near the ball diamonds remains open for visitors.
