Killaloe OPP have released the data from their Canada Day long weekend traffic safety campaign. The initiative ran between June 21 – July 1st and police targeted aggressive drivers, impaired drivers, seatbelt usage and inattentive drivers. In total, OPP laid 22 speeding charges, 1 stunt driving charge, 1 seatbelt charge, two for having no insurance, and conducted 11 ride checks.
