‘Ongoing death investigation’: Public can expect increased police presence in Renfrew

UPDATE: ‘Medical distress’: No suspicion of foul play in Renfrew sudden death

Police are warning the public to expect an increased police presence on Renfrew’s main street today (June 21). 

“Due to an ongoing death investigation on Raglan Street, in the Town of Renfrew, the public can expect an increased police presence,” reads a post on X. “There is no threat to public safety.” 

Officers from the Renfrew Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are assisting the coroner’s office in the investigation.
