Construction on Phase 5 of Renfrew’s Hunter Gate subdivision is underway.
Both the Town and M. Wilson Home Development say site servicing for the new expansion will begin on Hall Avenue towards the end of the proposed cul-de-sac on Forestview Crescent.
Truck traffic will use a special route from O’Brien Road, down Froats Street, and through the east end of the property to avoid disruptions for residents, and the developer will be doing weekly road sweeping to keep the neighbourhood free of debris.
The developer requests that residents in the neighbourhood and people passing through to keep a safe distance from the construction, which should wrap up in early October.
