Military training is coming to the Quebec side of the Ottawa River. From May 29th to 30th, residents in Fort Coulonge and Portage du Fort will see an increase in military personnel. Training is expected to focus around Davidson Mill and the Chenaux Dam. You may hear noises associated with explosives and small firearms throughout the day and night.
