A large tree blocks the trail on Prince Avenue.
Wednesday night’s sudden storm has thrown a wrench into our operations here at 96.1 myFM.
A major power outage along the outskirts of Renfrew is affecting customers from Horton Township through Constant Lake, Lake Clear, Mount St. Patrick, and Foymount is currently affecting over 1,100 Hydro One customers.
That includes our broadcasting tower, which is currently inaccessible due to fallen trees along the road.
Hydro One tells myFM that their current estimates to restore power for the area range between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. later today.
We will continue to provide updates and a live stream of our broadcast online at RenfrewToday.ca.
