Emma Lee Reinhart and Justin McNulty of Renfrew Domino's hope Tuesday's Dough Raiser for Maeve is a huge success.
Renfrew Domino’s is no stranger to supporting the community and their latest endeavour is helping a local family facing the biggest challenge of their lives.
Emma Lee Reinhart, supervisor at Renfrew Domino’s, tells us about the worthy cause.
“We have a dough raising event for Maeve, she’s a little girl in our community that is three years old that is battling cancer – she needs help with treatments – so we decided to do a fundraiser for her.”
In February, Maeve was diagnosed with a Wilms tumour. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy in the hopes of having the tumour removed and following surgery, radiation and additional chemotherapy will be required.
For a great price, on Tuesday, May 14, community members can enjoy some yummy pizza and help send some funds to Maeve’s family.
Reinhart says Domino’s is thrilled to be offering support to Maeve, along with all the local initiatives they support throughout the year.
The fundraising deal is available through pickup, delivery and online ordering.
There’s another opportunity coming up to support Maeve and her family. A fundraising dance will be held June 22 at the Renfrew Armouries.
