Could there be a connection between a pair of break-ins at either end of Eganville?
Police in Bonnechere Valley were called to the first of two break-and-enters at around 9:30 in the morning on Tuesday, April 23rd, after various lawn tools were reported stolen from a utility garage on Jane Street.
Officers were then sent to the other side of the Bonnechere River at 12:30 p.m. that same afternoon, where another break and enter was reported along Foran Street. As of right now, nothing from that scene has been reported as stolen.
Evidence has been collected from both scenes, and the Killaloe OPP is asking for anyone with information to call them at 613-757-2600 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS or www.valleytips.ca.
