If you’ve been wanting to check out Renfrew’s newest safe space for youth, there’s a great opportunity just around the corner.
A grand opening celebration of the Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub’s (YWHO) second site, at the newly expanded myFM Centre in Renfrew, is set for May 3 from 4-8 p.m.
“Come out and see the space, enjoy some amazing food, and be entered for a chance to win a grocery or restaurant gift basket, just for taking a tour,” reads a social media post. “The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m., with a presentation of the site and sharing some amazing youth experiences. We hope to see everyone there!”
YWHO is a welcoming, safe space offering integrated youth services for young people aged 12 to 25 and their families in Renfrew County.
The youth hub grand opening is being held the same evening as the opening night of myFM’s Home, Cottage and Leisure Show at the myFM Centre.
