After a three-month hiatus, the Galilee Centre in Arnprior has reopened.
myFM spoke with Executive Director Megan Postin Thursday.
She says a short week after the Easter Holiday meant that staff hit the ground running.
Megan says bookings are apace (a-paise), and the Galilee’s Activity Calendar is fleshing out.
The fine-print in Postin’s comment implies the relationship details between the Oblate Order, and the local board are still being negotiated.
Postin says Galilee’s outreach is being extended to a possible collaboration with the Arnprior-McNab-Braeside Seniors’ Active Living Centre.
The relationship is reciprocal- in that there would also be benefits for the student.
The Executive Director says that if you’d like to share in the joy of the Galilee Centre’s Reopening, there’s still a chance to get in on a special celebration.
