The Renfrew County and District Health Unit has issued an excess sodium in the water notice for Beachburg and Haley Station.
Renfrew Medical Group shared the information on the organization’s Facebook page.
“If you have high blood pressure, congestive heart failure or have been advised to have a low sodium diet you may wish to consider drinking (and using for cooking) bottled water,” reads the post.
Physicians in Renfrew County and District were notified of the excess sodium levels for users of the municipal water supply in a letter dated March 8.
