If you’re ready for longer daylight hours, then you’re in luck – it’s time to spring forward.
Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 10 at 2 a.m. so be sure to set the clocks on any manual devices ahead one hour before you go to bed. Smartphones, smartwatches and other digital devices should automatically adjust while you’re sleeping.
And while we are losing that one hour of precious sleep, the return of more light in the evening is a welcome change for many.
It’s also a good time to check and/or replace the batteries on the smoke alarms in your home.
