While some users have had their access to Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram restored this morning, there continues to be users reporting that they cannot access the services.
In what is reported to be a global outage, tracking website Downdetector listed more than 300,000 reports of outages for Facebook earlier today, and more than 20,000 reports for Instagram.
The problems appear to have begun around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5.
