Renfrew OPP tell myFM that a collision along Highway 17 in Renfrew is causing some traffic to be diverted away from the scene.
They say officers are responding to a head-on collision at the intersection of the highway and O’Brien Road, which happened around 3:00 p.m.
Westbound lanes remain open, but traffic heading eastbound has been temporarily diverted from O’Brien road onto Whitton Road as police investigate the situation.
Injuries are not known at this time, but officers expect to have the road fully open again in short order.
