On December 20, 2023, the Killaloe OPP responded to call involving threats on Beaudry Lane, in the Township of Bonnechere Valley.
63-year-old David Nolan was arrested and charged with uttering death threats or bodily harm, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose and careless use of firearm.
Nolan was released from bail court with conditions and has a court date for February 7th, 2024.
