Renfrew will celebrate the first day of 2024 with a number of local businesses closed for the stat holiday.
The local Wal-Mart, Metro, Giant Tiger, and Chris and Tanya’s No Frills are all closed for today, reopening at their usual business hours on Tuesday.
Both the Beer Store and LCBO are also closed for New Year’s, as is Aikenhead’s Pharmacy. Renfrew’s Rexall will be open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Banks and post office locations will be closed, and there will be no mail delivery today.
