This year’s final Taste of the Valley showcase is shaping up to be well worth the trip to Pembroke’s Germania Club.
That’s where the signature showcase of all things made, grown, and created in Renfrew County will host its holiday event on Saturday, December 16th, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The county’s Business Development Officer, David Wybou, says more than 60 vendors will be on hand to help you usher in the holiday season with unique handcrafted products, baked goods, prepared foods, and preserves.
This year’s Taste of the Valley series saw the county partner up with host municipalities for events in Bonnechere Valley, Greater Madawaska, Deep River, and Whitewater Region.
Wybou adds that “the events focus on the notion of taste with the celebration of local food, handcrafted products, art, and culture,” which brought in thousands of visitors from Ottawa and the Valley, as well as from surrounding areas.
He also says to keep up to date with Taste of the Valley on social media through their Facebook page and their website.
