In the latest update, Cogeco says we could be back online by 12:30 this afternoon after a cut fiber line knocked out service for thousands across the Ottawa Valley this morning. In the meantime, considering the impact on 911 services, Cogeco suggest having your mobile phone on hand for emergency situations.
