Many Cogeco customers are offline this morning after what officials are calling a cut in the fiber line. Cogeco says the cut line is impacting services in Ontario around Pembroke and Renfrew areas and in Quebec in La Pêche and Pontiac.
Considering the impact on 911 services, Cogeco suggest having your mobile phone on hand for emergency situations. Technicians are on route to work make the repairs but the weather is slowing them down.
