The Town of Renfrew is hoping you’ll join them virtually for a chat on inclusivity.
They’re hosting an online focus group for their Community Support, Multiculturalism, and Anti-Racism Initiatives Project, which kicked off with in-person discussions earlier this month.
The project is designed to create a three-year blueprint to create a community that embraces diversity, stands against racism, and fosters unity, including staff training, community programs, and an art project.
You’re welcome to join in the conversation through Zoom this Friday, December 1st, at 10:30 a.m. Register for the meeting here.
The Community Support, Multiculturalism, and Anti-Racism Initiatives Project is being led by the town’s Community Services Department in partnership with Kate Monahan from The Quiet Guiding Company and Becky Wright from Milestone Consulting.
The Town of Renfrew says that they are grateful for grant funding received through Heritage Canada to get the project underway.
