We’re not certain when, or whether the Opportunity Shop celebrated/will be celebrating its golden anniversary.
New manager Gail Okum says over an approximately fifty year history, the Opportunity Shop has been providing the community with quality merchandise at great prices.
She says the Opportunity Shop’s volunteers are trained to have a discerning eye.
Patrons benefit from quality used merchandise, and ARH initiatives benefit from Opportunity Shop revenues.
A couple of weeks ago, the Opportunity Shop had an off-site coat sale- and in a couple more, it’s the Shop’s Christmas Sale.
Okum says the Christmas Sale will offer an abundance of items.
