Following her heart and passion for natural health has led to the conclusion that a good customer experience and positive word-of-mouth from the community are vital for small businesses in a rural setting.
What she provides at Pura Vida is also a major consideration, as she tells myFM that a small business owner’s focus has to be on what the customer wants and needs first and foremost.
