The Arnprior Library is finding out what the saying, “when it rains it pours” can really mean.
At the Municipal Meeting on Monday (September 11th), Library Representative Chris Couper told his peers about the tragic flooding the building sustained September 8th.
Couper says he rushed over to investigate, but Operations Manager John Steckley was first on the scene.
The Councillor says staff is coping with the incident and appreciates patrons’ patience
Materials needing to be borrowed were retrieved by staff from the lower floor as necessary.
