There’s more to keeping your kids vaccines up to date than just COVID-19, and now families have a chance to catch up on childhood immunizations thanks to the Renfrew County and District Health Unit.
They’re working with the Kids Come First Health Team, a group of organizations that provides health services for children across Eastern Ontario, to provide vaccine clinics this fall.
Families with kids aged 4 to 17 who either live or go to school or daycare in Ontario, are due for a round of recommended vaccines, and don’t have access to a primary care provider or family doctor are eligible for the clinics.
The next clinics are from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on Friday, September 15th, and again on October 16th, both at the Cobden Agricultural Society building on Astrolabe Road.
Appointments can be made through the Kids Come First website.
