The Sûreté du Québec is asking for the public’s help in identifying two people in connection with a vehicle theft from a Shawville car dealer on Route 148, that happened August 3rd.
About 6:30 that evening, the suspects were dropped off near the dealership by a driver in his 20s in what’s believed to have been a white Mitsubishi SUV.
First they checked out a truck, then returned a few minutes later and drove off with it along Route 148, headed south in the black 2022 Ford F250 King Ranch with gold sill.
The man is between 35 and 45 years old, he’s about 5 foot 8 with dark hair and weighs an estimated 220 pounds. He was dressed in black and carrying a green backpack.
His companion is between 30 and 40 years old. She’s 5 foot 10, with brown hair and weighs about 200 pounds.
She was wearing a black vest and leopard pants and has tats on her right forearm and left ankle.
