You know what you’re doing is bad when two different police departments get involved.
Renfrew OPP say that they responded to a two-car collision on Raglan Street South at around 5:20pm on Wednesday, June 28th, where one of the drivers had fled the scene.
Ottawa Police would eventually get involved after another traffic complaint involving that very same driver was made along Highway 17 a short while later.
36-year old Kyle Pooler from Kanata has since been arrested and charged with:
· Operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs
· Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
· Failure to stop after accident
He was later released from custody with a September 6th court date in Pembroke.
