You’ll have one more chance to put yard waste to the curb in Renfrew this week.
The Town of Renfrew says collection crews will gladly take leaves or other yard waste you leave out in biodegradable paper bags or bundled together no bigger than five feet long by two feet in diameter.
Please keep your yard waste under fifty pounds per bag or bundle for the safety and wellbeing of our local garbage collectors.
Unbundled twigs and sticks will not be accepted, and town staff remind you that yard waste should be left out on a day that isn’t your normal garbage day.
If you miss out this week, yard waste is still collected year-round at the Renfrew landfill.
