Renfrew’s building permits, planning approvals, and waste management concerns have a new home, at least temporarily.
Town staff tell myFM that their Department of Development and Environment is moving into the Renfrew Recreation Centre at 67 Argyle St. South until further notice.
You will be able to pick up and pay for permits at the new location by appointment, and their contact details are still the same if you need to get in touch. Either call them at 613-432-8166 ext. 308 or send an email to arathwell@renfrew.ca to get started.
Not all of the department’s services are leaving Town Hall, as you still need to head to Low Square to buy a blue bin, bag tags, or take part in the Foodcycler composter pilot project.
