The Community Services Office in Arnprior is moving into the RCHC building on Albert Street.
While the new arrangement will be better for everyone, long-term, there will be some disruption on an interim basis.
To facilitate the change, Arnprior staff will temporarily transfer to the Renfrew County Place office as of the end of May or early June.
Services will continue to be provided in Arnprior, and staff have made arrangements with local agencies to utilize common room space when an in-person meeting is required.
The new Arnprior Office is expected to be operating by late August.
Vacating the old premises at 80 McGonigal will give Community Services staff a bigger, better, more modern workspace and allow tenants of the McGonigal site more felxibility to enjoy their surroundings and interact with the community.
Arnprior patrons of Community Services will be informed of the relocation individually.
