Who’d a thunk that there’d be grant money available to host an event celebrating the coronation of King Charles the Third?
Tiffany Lepack, that’s who.
Lepack put the pieces together for an event May 6th.
Tiffany says Royal Canadian Legion Branch 174 actually got some of its name from a former British monarch.
Lepack says Arnprior has a fleeting connection with the Royal Family, and a former king, Edward the 7th.
She says monarchist or not, the Coronation Tea is free for all.
There’s a special musical tribute involved if you’re at the Legion this Saturday at 2PM.
So if you don’t know the words, here’s your chance to learn them, and sing along.
