Will there be a taker for the latest warehouse property on the market?
The former Pepsi Plant on Highway 132 just outside Renfrew has been listed online through Realtor.com.
The 20,000 square foot warehouse and the 4.21 acre lot it sits on within Admaston-Bromley Township limits is being handled by Real One Realty, who have set the asking price at $798,000.
The listing notes the building features 4 loading decks and a drive-in door, as well as two 4-bed condos above it which can either used for potential employees or rented out. It also mentions that it’s seen around $200,000 in upgrades to it’s power service and would be a good fit for any size or type of manufacturing or grow-op business.
All of the fixtures currently inside the building are included with the price except for the growing lights within a number of rooms in the warehouse, which can be negotiated into the deal after a showing.
You might remember that the space had been the scene of a grow-op bust back in May of 2022, where over 5,500 cannabis plants were confiscated by local police.
