A 26-year-old from Pembroke faces serious charges, according to local police.
Killaloe OPP responded to a disturbance call in the Township of Killaloe, Hagarty, and Richards just before 8:00am on Friday, March 31st.
As a result of their investigation into the issue, Joshua Hilts has since been arrested and charged for the following:
- Assault;
- Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm;
- Mischief to property; and,
- Breaching of a probation order.
He has since attended a bail hearing, and remains in custody.
