A freezing rain warning has been issued for the Ottawa Valley this morning, which could cause some problems later tonight and into tomorrow. Weather experts say that snow will transition to freezing rain by early Thursday morning. There is a possibility of 2 to 4 millimetres of ice building up on surfaces or untreated roads.
