
Local police went the distance along Highway 417 to make arrests in a break and enter case.
Renfrew OPP responded to a break and enter at a business on O’Brien Road at around 1:30 am on Sunday, January 8th, where they learned the three suspects had already taken off towards Ottawa in a vehicle.
Officers would eventually track the car down on the highway, and brought the three into custody.
31-year-old Natalino Petrini-Woolley of Pembroke faces the following charges:
- Obstructing Peace Officer,
- Theft over $5000,
- Breaking and entering a place with intent to commit an indictable offence,
- Possession of break in instruments,
- Disguise with intent,
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000,
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000,
- Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice (identity fraud)
- Mischief under $5000, two counts
- Breach of Probation Order (P.O.A), two counts
20-year-old Angelina Richer of Selwyn Township was charged with:
- Obstructing Peace Officer,
- Failure to comply with order- other than to attend court, two counts
- Theft over $5000,
- Breaking and entering a place with intent to commit an indictable offence
- Possession of break in instruments,
- Disguise with intent,
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000,
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000,
- Mischief under $5000, two counts
- Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice (identity fraud),
and 38-year-old Henry Smith of Nepean was also charged with:
- Failure to comply with undertaking,
- Theft over $5000,
- Breaking and entering a place with intent to commit an indictable offence
- Possession of break in instruments,
- Disguise with intent,
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000,
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000,
- Mischief under $5000, two counts
Petrini-Woolley and Richer have been held for bail, while Smith was later released.
He’s set to appear in Renfrew for a court date on February 15th.
