The County of Renfrew Paramedic Service had a successful Food and Toy Drive.
The fundraiser was held on December 3rd and 4th at Walmart locations in Renfrew and Pembroke in support of local organizations.
As a part of the Emergency Services Report presented to the County of Renfrew Health Committee on January 10th, 2023, it was revealed that 360 toys and 967 food items were collected in addition to over $3,600 that was donated.
These donations will be going to the Renfrew and District Food Bank, the Kiwanis Club of Pembroke Food and Toy Drive, St. Joseph’s Food Bank, and the Petawawa Pantry Food Bank.
This is an annual drive in support of those throughout our communities who are in need during the holiday season.
